CCA Bazaar today! The concourse was really bustling and lively like every year. It's Jade's Birthday today! So goes a happy birthday to her, ha ha. I hope she progress in everything that she do, stay true to herself and continue to pursue her dreams. I'll be there for you. :D

The above picture just shown how far we've come from last year when we were still 'orientating' to now, we even experienced JCPBF'09 together, which was a very good experience.

After Ms Ong talked to the band and shared her reflections the other time, I realised that time is running short and our remaining time in band should really be 'treasured' because in Semester 2, all is work and no play (music) and then we'll start to miss the old days. Instead of 'dragging' ourselves to band pracs now and moaning over it, we should take it as a bonding n leisure time. These make sense to me now.. yay. I bet few months down the road I will be looking back at the 'better, good old times'.

Okay, I will enjoy the remaining few months in srjcsb ^^

It's a calm, friendly bulldog terrier I chanced upon today. His physical state is pitiful as he is practically limping away because he hurt his spine but has got better and able to walk now, unlike before. Didn't get to see the dog anymore after I came back from cycling. Maybe I can see it again two weeks later.

Bike Patrol today! (: Attempted to tan myself to even out to colour. Didn't work because I was only in the sun for 2 hours. I think I dropped some calories though. Enviro patrolling is so fun!

This weekend I was bleaming & happy. If everyday could be as good as this. :D

Title : Birthdays

Hi. I went for Amanda's Birthday celebration & little cousin Jorryn's Birthday celebration today. It has been a year since I last saw Amanda. Besides the scorching sun which made me half-baked at the park, the day was fun with all the surprises & mini games. Food, funnies, feast, all add up to fats! Spent around 5-6 hours at the park before heading to Granny's at night to celebrate my little cousin's birthday. What a feast there was from both celebrations. Aunt & Uncle drove me down to Esplanade to go home from there, its much easier from there rather than to take public transport back. zZ. I look like a lobster now with an uneven tan. The colour just don't even out.

I thought my interest for black colour clothing faded some time ago, but it feels like it has came back again. I need to do something about my sheepish blogskin, the wallpaper is so 'aesthetically pleasing' now! Feel like using the classic blogger layout with my customised colour and fonts.

First 'great' experience this year was that I paid adult fare for public transport on 1 and 2 Jan 2010. I realised that just now (my student concession wasn't extended zZzzz).. This was simply great! For once, I'm on par with my JC peers (2 days of exp better than nothing, haha). If only I realised it earlier, on 1 Jan. ''great great great''

Suddenly I have this urge to grow up asap, to become an adult.
(Forever 21, I'm coming!)

I want to be financially independent.
I want to earn lots & lots of money.
Using my own ability I can then apply for a credit card.
(UOB Ladies' Card o.O)
I want to travel around the world.
I want to pay adult fare for public transport.
I want to do many many things that I cannot do now!
c'mon adult responsibilities, i'm waiting!!

I think at the age of 18, 19 everyone would have pictured their future few years down the road and start making mental or concrete plans.

But in 3 years time, I will start to miss my youth.
How I wish time can just pause at some moments.

Title : A new chapter!

So its a start of a new year. Great... another year ahead. I hope it will be a breakthrough!
Goodbye to the previous year, hello to the new year. So many things to say goodbye to... shadows of the previous year and all other related matters..

One thing about goodbyes are, they are necessary before people can meet again. Knowing one of my closest friend in JC is going to be enlisted into NS next week, I met him for the last time before his enlistment. That final outing was meant to be like a farewell gesture. Seeing so many arrivals & departures in JC, friends coming, going and leaving, I'm sure many know how it feels like when your friends move on to another stage of their lives while you're left at the same spot. I have a strong feeling of how it feels like to bid goodbye before moving on. Yet, you have this anticipated feeling knowing that you will meet again someday. That's why there's a saying that goes, 'Meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends.'

Friends for a reason, come for a reason. After going through a lot in life, you will eventually know who are the true friends meant to be kept for a lifetime and who are the friends that come and go with the season. Misfortunes will indeed test the true sincerity of friendship, among many other things. Many gestures and expressions can mean a lot. Learn to cherish every moment, esp with your friends, because each moments count.

My new year resolution?
It always seem hard to fulfill resolutions... because of procrastination?
Shall make simple resolutions then.
1) Make procrastination my greatest enemy.
2) Be more appreciative of what I have.
3) Live life to the fullest
